Who is the Newly Appointed Press Secretary of the National Assembly?

Tovinar Khachatryan has been appointed as the press secretary of the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

On August 26, the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, signed a decree that states: “Guided by Article 9, Part 10 of the ‘Public Service Law’, based on Point 1 of Paragraph 18 of Appendix 1 approved by the decision of the National Assembly Council dated June 12, 2017, and considering T. Khachatryan’s application dated August 26, 2021, I hereby decree the following: 1. As of August 26, 2021, appoint Tovinar KHACHATRYAN as the press secretary to the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia,” the decree states.
