This Government Has Handed Over the Goris-Kapan Interstate Road to the Enemy via a Separate Memorandum: Anna Grigoryan

Armed Azerbaijanis closed the Goris-Kapan interstate road yesterday, trapping our compatriots. This interstate road has been handed over to the enemy by this government behind all our backs, said Anna Grigoryan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction, at the start of the National Assembly session.

The parliament member noted that it was possible to rescue our compatriots from the blockade with the help of Russian border guards.

“This government has signed a separate memorandum behind our backs and handed over this road to the enemy, claiming that they are ensuring the security of Syunik. Have you managed to ensure safety in Syunik? Do you understand that peace cannot be built in this way? A party that has faced defeat cannot bring honorable peace but only national humiliation,” said Anna Grigoryan.
