Fatal Accident on Yerevan-Gyumri Highway
On August 24, around 8:00 PM, a collision occurred at the 90th km of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway involving a 'Ford Transit' and an 'Opel Astra'. The 59-year-old driver of the 'Opel', Varoujan Kirakosyan, was killed in the crash, while a 26-year-old passenger, the 67-year-old driver of the 'Ford Transit', and three other passengers sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital.
An investigation is underway.
