Accident Near Hajn Cemetery Results in Fatality

On August 26, at 18:30, the Kotayk regional crisis management center received a report regarding an accident near the village of Nor Geghi, with at least one person injured. This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

A firefighting team from the regional rescue department and a rescue group from the special operations center of the rescue services department were dispatched to the scene.

It was found that a truck of the brand 'Iveco' and a car of the brand 'Mercedes' collided near the cemetery of Nor Hajn. The driver of the Mercedes was killed on the spot, and the body was trapped in the cabin.
