Ministry of Defense Issues a Statement

On August 13, between 22:00 and 22:40, Azerbaijani Armed Forces units fired at Armenian positions located in the Gegharkunik region along the border from various calibers of firearms. The fire from the adversary was silenced by the retaliatory actions of Armenian soldiers. There were no casualties on the Armenian side.

As of 23:00, the situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border remains relatively stable. This information is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
