Video: Landslides Occurred in Turkey Due to Heavy Rainfall
Life in Turkey's Black Sea coastal towns has come to a standstill due to torrential rains, reports Ermenihaber.
Specifically, the provinces of Bartin, Sinop, Samsun, Kastamonu, and Karabük experienced heavy rainfall starting the evening of August 10, turning roads into ponds and making them impassable for people and vehicles. In Bartin, floodwaters swept away an 80-year-old woman, while in Sinop, an entire hospital was evacuated due to flooding.
