VIDEO: Shoigu Gifts Dagger to Karapetyan

The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergey Shoigu, presented a dagger to the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Arshak Karapetyan, at the end of their meeting. This was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

During the ceremony of gift-giving at the end of the meeting with Armenian Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu remarked while presenting the dagger, "We can consider that the process of supplying arms to Armenia has commenced," the statement said.
