Aram Gevorgyan wrote on his Facebook page: “Today is the birthday of David Aidoev, who was an ethnically Yezidi. He would have turned 21 years old. At one point, David said: ‘I am not ethnically Armenian, but I was born on Armenian soil and am ready to stand by the Armenian soldier in times of danger.’ Staying true to his word, David gave his life for Armenian land on October 5 in Jrakan.

Below is my report about David. I just spoke with his mother, Mrs. Lali, who was involved in a car accident on July 28 while returning from her son's grave and suffered a spinal injury that required hospitalization. Despite her post-operative pain, Mrs. Lali's condition is generally good; she is still in the hospital and gradually recovering. On behalf of myself and all of you, I wish health and a speedy recovery to the hero's mother.

Happy birthday, dear David. Congratulations on your birth, heroic boy!
