After the war, in the context of the defense of our borders, what issues did your committee address, what parliamentary oversight was conducted, since we did not get the impression from your report regarding the responsibilities and who should bear them? This was the question raised by Seyran Ohanyan, a member of the 'Armenia' alliance, to Andranik Kocharian, the candidate for the head of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee during today's session.

In response to the question, Kocharian noted that he did not interrupt Ohanyan and addressed the question, stating, 'The most important function was not to allow your wishes to bring the army to Baghramyan Avenue to become a reality.'
