VIDEO: Firefighting Plane Crashes in Greece

A Petzetel firefighting plane crashed on Sunday on the island of Zakynthos during fire extinguishing operations. The pilot survived, according to AMNA.

According to firefighting team data, the pilot was rescued by other firefighters in the Ionian Islands. The plane was one of two sent to assist firefighters in the Lagopodo-Macherado area, where 24 firefighters are working with 7 fire engines.
