Tragic Incident in Yerevan: Welder from Ararat LLC Falls from Roof During Construction Work

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, a tragic incident occurred in Yerevan on August 5. At around 14:40, the central police department received a report from the number 1 university hospital that a man had been admitted for medical assistance, who, having not regained consciousness, died.

As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, an operational group from the central police department arrived at the hospital, led by the head of the criminal investigation department, Mamikonyan, and senior investigator Heboyan from the Yerevan investigative department of the Armenian Investigative Committee for the Central and Norq Marash administrative districts.

The police and investigators found that the deceased was 63-year-old Artashes Galstyan, a resident of Yerevan, who accidentally fell from the roof while carrying out construction work at 54 Leo Street at approximately 14:00 on the same day.

Materials are being prepared in the investigative department regarding the incident, and a forensic medical examination has been ordered by the investigator.

According to the photojournalist, the deceased worked as a welder for Ararat LLC.
