The 'Magic Wand' is at Work, Economic Growth and Significant Price Decrease Expected – Kerobyan

Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan is confident that Armenia will see double-digit economic growth this year. He made this statement during a conversation with reporters following a government session.

“In December, all forecasts indicated that Armenia would have an economic growth of 1-1.5 percent in 2021. As a result, we have achieved a five percent economic growth, and everything is leading to the prospect of having over a 10 percent economic growth. Such a transformation of the economy from a deep crisis is also a result of the fact that the ‘magic wand’ is at work,” said Kerobyan, expressing his belief that the economy will not bleed out.

Reporters inquired whether the recorded price increase was also due to the magic wand's power. Kerobyan replied that starting in August, there will be information about the main products and new harvests, and he is confident that we will see a significant decrease in prices.
