President Sargsyan Signs Decree on High-Tech Industry Minister Appointment: Who Is He?
President Armen Sargsyan has signed a decree appointing Vahagn Khachaturyan as the Minister of High-Tech Industry.
“Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal and in accordance with Article 150 of the Constitution, Vahagn Khachaturyan is appointed as the Minister of High-Tech Industry,” the decree states.
