'Jamaat' newspaper reports that, according to its information, representatives of the ruling CP faction are preparing to hold active meetings with each other today and tomorrow to discuss their tasks before the first session of the eighth convocation of Parliament.

According to our sources, the main issue will be the election of the heads of the committees, regarding which the ruling team had a hot discussion recently, and they managed to elect only the chairs of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and the Standing Committee on Defense and Security—Vladimir Vardanyan and Andranik Kocharyan.

Now, they need to elect the heads of the other committees and discuss other agenda items, including how they should behave during the first session of the newly elected National Assembly. Additionally, during these days, a strategy should also be developed regarding what they will do and how they will respond to the opposition, as they too are preparing for parliamentary work.

Furthermore, according to our information, Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will also be present at one of these meetings today or tomorrow, where he will provide clear instructions to his team.
