Soon There Might Be a Draft Law on Criminal Responsibility for Staring
The government is so fearful that it might soon present a draft law on criminal responsibility for staring. This was stated by the member of the National Assembly of the 7th convocation, Gevorg Petrosyan, on his Facebook page, referring to a draft law criminalizing insults.
