Instructions Issued to Governmentally Affiliated MPs: 'Hraparak'
According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', government-affiliated MPs have been instructed to refrain from revealing the inner workings of Armenian-Russian relations, as well as from making statements against Russia, as this could have severe repercussions for the state and the Armenian people.
This right is exclusively granted to Nikol Pashinyan, who conveys messages diplomatically, as he did during the recent government session. In the context of the latest military clashes and the ongoing silence from the CSTO, he suggested considering the placement of Russian border guard posts along the entire border with Azerbaijan, stating, 'Given the impossibility of carrying out such a mission within the CSTO framework, there may be other acceptable formats for us, including the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group.'
