This Image Clearly Shows That People Are Under Azerbaijani Direct Fire: Human Rights Defender

The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "This is a civilian settlement called Sarategh in the Gegharkunik province of Armenia, and in this photo, you can see one of the residents' houses and their barn. Directly above the people is an Azerbaijani military position.

It is evident from this image that people are under Azerbaijani direct fire. I specifically reference these situations when I say that the presence of their armed forces is a violation of the right to life (of course, alongside other rights). We were in this exact area yesterday when Azerbaijani gunfire was unleashed. Moreover, these shots are also fired from this military position, and it was with the gunfire that escalated on July 23 that one of the residents’ livestock was killed."
