The Speaker of Turkey's Parliament Visits Occupied Shushi
The Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Mustafa Sentop, has visited the Armenian city of Shushi, which is currently occupied by Azerbaijan. This was reported by Ermenihaber.am.
In an interview with the Turkish state television TRT, Sentop spoke about the destruction of Shushi by Armenians, expressing his belief that Shushi will soon be restored.
The head of the parliament of a state that has heavily contributed to the bombings and devastation of peaceful settlements in Artsakh absurdly accused the Armenian side of barbarism and destruction.
Sentop toured the occupied Armenian city along with the parliamentary leaders of Azerbaijan and Pakistan. He issued a message to Armenia, urging it to abandon its ‘aggressive politics.’
He accused Armenia of actions directed against regional stability and peace, emphasizing that peace is primarily necessary for the Armenian people.
