Accident in Armavir: Mercedes and Mitsubishi Galant Collide, Injuries Reported, One Driver is NSS Employee

An accident occurred in the Ararat region today. Around 1:30 AM, a collision took place on the 2nd kilometer section of the Norapat-Haykavan highway involving a Mercedes driven by 42-year-old Gegham Manukyan and a Mitsubishi Galant driven by 42-year-old Lazar Grigoryan from the town of Kapan, as reported by shamshyan.com.

By 6:30 AM, Senior Investigator Narek Petrosyan from the 1st Battalion of the 2nd Traffic Police Brigade received operational information that, as a result of the aforementioned accident, passengers of L. Grigoryan, 47-year-old Grigor Harutyunyan and 21-year-old Vahe Harutyunyan, both residents of Kotayk Marz, sustained injuries and were transported to the Armavir Medical Center.

According to the site's information, one of the drivers, L. Grigoryan, serves in the border troops of the National Security Service.
