22-Year-Old Driver Hits 17-Year-Old Cyclist in Accident

Today, on July 30, an accident involving a cyclist occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 11:30 AM, Tigran Khachatryan, a 22-year-old resident of Kotayk, struck 17-year-old Khachik Sharyan, a cyclist, while driving a VAZ 2108 at the Charentsavan-Alapars intersection.
