Strong Winds Cause Damage in Yerevan

On July 28, between 18:31 and 22:45, the National Center for Crisis Management received reports that strong winds had caused damage in various administrative districts of Yerevan, including roofing sheets, trees, advertising billboards, and rain gutters.

Fire and rescue teams from the Emergency Situations Ministry's firefighting unit were dispatched to the scene, along with a rescue group from the Special Rescue Operations Center of the Rescue Forces Department.

The rescuers conducted reinforcement and dismantling work, removed branches from the roadway, and carried out monitoring duties.
