Mkhitaryan Publishes Photos of Incident in Football Field

The midfielder of the Armenia national football team, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, was involved in a scuffle with Portuguese defender Pepe during a friendly match between Roma and Porto.

The frequently unsportsmanlike Portuguese player backed into the Armenian player, hitting him and knocking him to the ground. In response to Pepe's aggression, the Roma player retaliated, leading to a mass brawl involving players from both clubs.

The match between Roma and Porto ended in a 1-1 draw.

Mkhitaryan commented on the incident by posting photos on his Instagram page, capturing the moment he was hit.
