It is not excluded that the Armenian authorities are preparing the public for new concessions. Abrahamyan
The speech of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at today's government meeting regarding the military-political situation in the region and around our borders can be interpreted or analyzed from various perspectives, wrote Tigran Abrahamyan, head of the 'Henkak' analytical center and elected member of parliament from the 'Honor of the Nation' alliance.
“But at this moment, I think it is worth focusing on the following part of his speech: ‘The situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is not stabilizing.’ This means that not only is the risk of border clashes not decreasing, but there is also a threat of an escalation in the degree and scale of danger,” he noted.
According to Abrahamyan, it is not excluded that the Armenian authorities, by intensifying situational colors and exaggerating the degree of threats, are preparing the public for new concessions; however, the seriousness of the situation does not diminish as a result. “In any case, Armenia has found itself at the center of conflicting interests of various countries, and different directions of the situation's development are emerging,” he stated.
