Dairy Production Facility Activity Suspended
Following supervisory measures by the Food Safety Inspectorate of the Syunik regional center, the activity of a dairy production facility (cheese) owned by individual entrepreneur Seyran Beglaryan in Khnzoresk has been suspended. The suspension was based on identified violations.
Specifically, after completing work, the production, domestic, and auxiliary sinks were not washed and disinfected according to the presented hygienic requirements. The equipment was not equipped with measuring and testing devices, and the materials used for the packaging of dairy products did not meet the requirements of technical regulations and were a source of food contamination. The packaging processes were not carried out under conditions ensuring the integrity and cleanliness of packaging, excluding food contamination.
Furthermore, no appropriate measures were taken to prevent animals from entering areas for food preparation, processing, storage, and transportation, as well as to combat pests. Additionally, the employees involved in the food chain had not undergone mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations, and there was no designated dressing room for the staff.
A deadline has been set to eliminate the violations.
