The Ministry of Defense Issues a New Statement

In anticipation of negotiations planned in the capital of the Russian Federation, Moscow, the opponent has initiated aggressive military actions on the borders of the Republic of Armenia, from Sotk to the Verin Shorja area. Combat operations have unfolded, and intense gunfire is ongoing.

The opponent is attempting to improve its positions, creating favorable conditions for advancement. The Armed Forces of Armenia are carrying out their assigned combat tasks, defending their positions and preventing any advance by the opponent.
