Significant Changes in the Ministry of Defense After Government Formation: 'Zhoghovurd'

According to the 'Zhoghovurd' newspaper, there has been a consultation with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, during which it was stated that significant changes will occur in the Ministry after the final formation of the government, and many will be resigning from their positions.

Notably, this has already been announced by the new leadership, represented by the first Deputy Minister of Defense, Arshak Karapetyan, who is to be appointed as the Minister after the final formation of the government. While he has not yet been officially appointed as Minister, he is currently performing ministerial functions and conducting all consultations in the office designated for the Minister of Defense. This means that he is acting as the Minister even before his formal appointment.
