MP Taguhi Tovmasyan posted on her Facebook page, informing that after the spread of information on websites about Azerbaijan agreeing to establish a ceasefire, the intensity of gunfire in Vardenis has decreased.

The post reads:

"There is information on the websites stating that Azerbaijan has announced it has agreed to the Russian side's initiative to establish a ceasefire (as of today at 10:00). However, there has been no official confirmation from Armenia regarding the Russian initiative yet. At the moment, I am in Vardenis, and it seems that the intensity of gunfire and the sounds of military equipment are decreasing. But it is now very important what conditions the ceasefire is being established under... What is it for, what promises are being made in return... We must be firm, dear people...."
