Baku Agrees to Ceasefire Implementation; Russian Side Sets Time

Baku has agreed to establish a ceasefire starting at 10:00 AM. This was reported by Sputnik Azerbaijan, referencing the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.

"Baku has agreed to the Russian side's initiative to declare a ceasefire at the border at 10:00 AM (09:00 AM Moscow time)," the statement reads.

It should be noted that this is Baku's announcement, and their statements and actions always differ from each other. As of 10:30 AM, the border fire had not yet ceased.
