COVID-19 Situation in Armenia

The number of COVID-19 cases in Armenia has increased by 112 in the past day, bringing the total to 228,910. This information is provided by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Currently, 4,034 people are receiving treatment (+166), with a total of 1,305,307 tests conducted (+5,748). Out of those infected, 219,062 have recovered (+104).

In the last 24 hours, there have been 3 reported deaths from COVID-19, raising the total number of fatalities to 4,590. The number of individuals who died from other causes while infected with the virus remains unchanged at 1,115.

It is important to remind that a state of emergency was declared in Armenia on March 16, 2020, which has been extended several times and lasted until September 11. The conditions of the extended state of emergency have undergone certain changes.
