Graffiti of Lavrov Painted in London
An unknown artist has painted graffiti of Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on a wall in London. This was reported by the Telegram channel "You Were Listening to Mayak."
The graffiti depicts the Russian politician along with his expression, "Who are you to guide me?" This phrase was directed by Russia's Foreign Minister to his British counterpart David Miliband during a visit to Tbilisi amid the Russian-Georgian conflict in 2008.
Thus, Lavrov, as he later noted, responded to Miliband's request to initiate talks with former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.
