Video: Theft in Jermuk – 51-Year-Old Man Enters Neighbor's House Through Open Door, Steals Money
A residential burglary occurred in Jermuk on September 6 of last year, but the affected homeowner did not report the incident. However, the operational work of the criminal investigators allowed for the revelation of such crimes as well.
On the morning of July 19 of this year, a 51-year-old man, a resident of one of the buildings on Shahumyan Street in Jermuk, was apprehended by the Jermuk police on suspicion of theft from an apartment. He admitted that taking advantage of the situation of an open door, he entered his neighbor's house and stole small change from the dining room furniture and cash from the pockets of clothes hanging in the bedroom closet.
The victim has filed a report. Preparations are underway for further investigation.
