Russian Robot Works as Consultant in Yerevan Store

The Russian Promobot has started working as a consultant in the "Ideal" store chain in Yerevan. This was announced by the press service of the Russian Export Center.

The robot of the fourth model provides consultation to store visitors in Armenian and Russian languages.

The robot will assist customers in navigating the store. Visitors can inquire about the availability and price of various products, as well as the terms of promotions and special offers. The robot’s artificial intelligence has analyzed and memorized 120,000 transactions.

“To make the robot's movement as safe and autonomous as possible, our engineers have created unique obstacle detection sensors. These are faster, more accurate, and more reliable than any market solution,” said Oleg Kivokurtsev, the director of development at Promobot.

Research and testing have been conducted in Armenia and Russia for several months.
