Rescuers Lower Citizens from About 3300 Meters

On July 21, the Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center received a report that one of the members of a hiking group that ascended Mount Aragats was feeling unwell and needed rescuers' assistance. This was announced by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

According to the geographic coordinates, it was established that the hiking group was located in the administrative territory of Shirak Province, at an altitude of approximately 3300 meters. The emergency response group from the Shirak Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the site.

With the help of rescuers, the members of the hiking group descended safely.
