Body Found near Church in Stepanakert with Bruises and Hemorrhages

On July 19, at 16:00, a report was received from the "Ambulance Service" LLC stating that a team dispatched to a call discovered the body of H.A. (born in 1963, registered in Stepanakert) in the area adjacent to the church on Andranik Street in Stepanakert. This information was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.

The Bureau of Medical Examinations of the Ministry of Health reported that H.A.'s body exhibited bruises and hemorrhages on the anterior surface of the lower jaw on the left side, as well as on the left arm and the front surface of the calves on both legs in the lumbar region.

A forensic examination of the body has been appointed. The investigation is being conducted by the police department of Stepanakert.
