Turkey Donates 4 BMC Technical Vehicles to the Ministry of Defense of Georgia

Turkey has handed over technical maintenance vehicles to the Ministry of Defense of Georgia. According to Georgia Online, the Georgian Minister of Defense, Juansher Burchuladze, the commander of the defense forces, Major General Giorgi Matiashvili, and the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Georgia, Fatma Ceren Yazgan, attended the official event for the transfer of technical equipment at the automotive base in Orkhevi.

The Government of the Republic of Turkey has donated 4 technical vehicles from the largest military vehicle manufacturer BMC to the Georgian defense forces. The agreement for the supply of these 4 vehicles for technical maintenance was signed with BMC in October 2020. The total value of this equipment is 866,400 USD.
