Azerbaijan Presents Armenia with New Territorial Concessions Agenda: Tigran Abrahamyan

Head of the 'Analytical Center' Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook: 'Two days ago, Nikol Pashinyan announced that, according to his information, Azerbaijan is preparing to provoke new clashes toward Armenia and Artsakh. At the same time, the RA Ministry of Defense is daily informing the public about the escalating situation in the Yeraskh section of the border. Azerbaijan has clearly hardened its position and has presented Armenia with a new agenda of territorial concessions. Influential players in the region are at least seemingly monitoring the developments as observers.

There are still many uncertainties related to these recent incidents, and I am concerned that all of this fits into the logic of implementing the agreements reached on November 9. Simply put, part of that deal implies conditional actions in specific sections along the border. The statements of the military-political leadership regarding the current situation, its causes, and consequences are contentless and incomplete, which further deepens the concerns surrounding this issue.'
