«About 2 km of territory belonging to the Armenian side has passed to the Azerbaijani side» - Nerses Shadunts
The head of the Tegh community in the Syunik province, Nerses Shadunts, reported to Iravaban.net that trilateral negotiations took place yesterday, during which an Armenian-Azerbaijani border was drawn. Approximately 2 km of territory belonging to the Armenian side has transitioned to the Azerbaijani side.
It should be recalled that the Ministry of Defense of Armenia reported an incident on July 19 in the border area of the Tegh village in Syunik. A local combine driver, disoriented in the terrain, found himself in an area controlled by Azerbaijani armed forces. Thanks to the efforts of Armenian soldiers, Russian border guards, and the community leadership, the combine driver and the combine were returned to the Armenian side.
