Results of Armenia and Russia's Military Staff Negotiations Summarized

On July 17, the staff negotiations between the Armed Forces of Armenia and Russia were summarized. The delegation led by the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Colonel General Sergey Istrakov, who is visiting Armenia for five days, presented the results of the negotiations and outlined the next steps.

The Ministry of Defense reports that the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan, expressed gratitude to the Russian delegation for their close cooperation. The further directions of Armenian-Russian bilateral military cooperation were discussed, and a memorandum of cooperation was signed.
