It is clear that both opposition alliances are heading to parliament.

According to 'Hraparak', there is also certainty regarding the main question: whether Robert Kocharian will take the mandate. Although the 'Hayastan' alliance has not yet convened with the parliamentary team that has made it into the National Assembly - they plan to do so tomorrow, on Monday - there were two differing opinions within the team on this matter. Some insisted that Kocharian should take the mandate, while others opposed it. Kocharian himself wavered until the last day, but we have learned that he will inform his team tomorrow that he will not take the mandate. By the way, this decision has brought excitement among the ruling circles.
