18 Tons of Humanitarian Aid Delivered to Artsakh
Russian peacekeeping troops have delivered 18 tons of humanitarian aid to Nagorno-Karabakh to be distributed to needy residents. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“Today we received a shipment of 18 tons. In the coming days, this cargo will be distributed to remote villages for the needy. Every week we receive humanitarian aid from various foundations. This assistance mainly includes food packages such as soups, butter, pasta, and dry mixes. In addition, we have clothing, children's toys, diapers, as well as medical equipment,” said Ruslan Ivanov, an officer at the humanitarian response center of the Russian peacekeeping forces.
Overall, through charitable organizations and foundations, Russian peacekeepers have already provided over 220 tons of humanitarian cargo to the residents of Nagorno-Karabakh, including, apart from food and essential items, specialized medical equipment and primary diagnostic tools for healthcare establishments.
