Arush Arushanyan Detained
The Administrative Court of Central and Norq-Marash districts, presided over by Karen Farhoyan, has decided to detain the Mayor of Goris, Arush Arushanyan.
Arushanyan's lawyer announced that the Mayor of Goris has been detained for two months. He stated that they will appeal the decision to the Court of Appeal.
