Armenia Does Not Recognize Artsakh's Independence, As Authorities Believe Artsakh Belongs to Azerbaijan: Suren Sargsyan

International analyst Suren Sargsyan took to his Facebook page to comment on Armenia's stance regarding the recognition of Artsakh’s independence.

"Previously, Armenia did not recognize Artsakh's independence, as that would have immediately disrupted the negotiation process. Now, Armenia does not recognize Artsakh's independence because the authorities are confident that Artsakh belongs to Azerbaijan. Quite candidly," he wrote.
