'The relations between the two friendly brother countries are based on brotherly ties, the common history and culture of the two peoples, which has created ample opportunities for deepening and developing bilateral relations. I believe that in the main process of establishing Azerbaijan's sovereignty over the liberated territories and restoring the common borders of the two countries, it is worth using new opportunities to jointly raise the level of cooperation and strengthen security and stability in the region,' wrote Abovyan.
