Model Irina Shayk considers Kanye West only as a friend, reports the British publication Daily Mail, adding that the 35-year-old model declined the rapper’s offer to accompany him during Paris Fashion Week, not wanting to 'add fuel to the fire.'

A source for Page Six stated that Irina Shayk does like Kanye West as a friend but does not wish to build a relationship with him. 'She doesn’t want to create the impression that they are dating, and appearing with him during Paris Fashion Week would mean just that,' the source explained. It was also noted that rumors had circulated last month about them dating.

The source added that despite Irina Shayk being in Paris with Kanye West for his 44th birthday last month, it wasn’t a romantic trip. 'She went to his birthday as a friend and there were 50 other people there,' the source emphasized, noting that the beauty is currently not looking to establish a personal relationship with anyone and is happily single.

As reported earlier by Tert.am, American rapper and designer Kanye West was spotted walking with Russian supermodel Irina Shayk in the Provence region of France on his birthday. It is noteworthy that Shayk had been in a relationship with famous actor Bradley Cooper since 2015; the couple, who share a daughter, split in 2019. Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from West months ago; the couple has four children: 7-year-old North, 5-year-old Saint, 3-year-old Chicago, and 2-year-old Psalm.
