New Record: 791 People Died in Russia Yesterday

The number of fatal cases due to coronavirus in Russia has increased by 791 in one day, compared to 786 the previous day, marking the highest figure since the start of the pandemic. A total of 146,069 people have died from the virus, reported the federal operational headquarters for combating the new disease to reporters on July 15, according to Armenpress.

The confirmed cases of coronavirus infection have increased by 25,293 in one day, reaching 5,882,295. The relative expression of the increase in the number of infected individuals was 0.43 percent.

In the country, 21,493 people recovered from the virus in one day. The total number of recovered cases reached 5,278,976. According to the headquarters' data, the share of discharged patients constitutes 89.7 percent of the total number of infected individuals.

In Moscow, the number of infected with coronavirus increased by 5,237 in one day.
