MPs Say It's Impossible to Manage Expenses with 50,000 AMD: Anna Grigoryan on Controversial Draft Bill

“They say it is impossible to manage these or those expenses with 50,000 AMD, but can a pensioner live on 30,000 drams? Can teachers sustain their daily lives on the salaries you provide them? Of course, they cannot,” stated independent MP Anna Grigoryan during a discussion with reporters regarding a controversial draft bill.

It is worth noting that the National Assembly has passed the My Step alliance’s proposal in the first reading to increase the monthly expenses for MPs from 50,000 AMD to 250,000 AMD.
