Fire Erupts on the Roof of Sevan Municipality

On July 15, at 10:09 AM, the Gegharkunik regional crisis management center received a report that the roof of the Sevan municipality was on fire. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Three firefighting units from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 10:37 AM and extinguished by 11:24 AM. The wooden structures of the roof at the Sevan municipality located at 164 Nairyan Street burned over an area of approximately 200 square meters.
