Edmon Marukyan Issues Statement

Dear compatriots,

As you are aware, an extraordinary session has been convened in Parliament today, which includes several controversial bills in its agenda. However, there is a newly elected parliament that will soon assume its mandates. The current parliament should not adopt new laws; these should be debated, adopted, or rejected by the newly formed 8th Convocation of the National Assembly.

Therefore, the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction will not discuss these bills and will not participate in the extraordinary session of the National Assembly convened with this agenda.
