Azerbaijani Soldiers Inspired by High-Ranking Officials' Statements During Torture: Ombudsman
During the meeting of the 47th session of the UN Human Rights Council on July 12, a video message from the Armenian Human Rights Defender was broadcast, indicating that Azerbaijani soldiers were inspired by the statements of high-ranking Azerbaijani officials while torturing Armenian military personnel and civilians.
This information was reported by the Armenian Human Rights Defender's office. The Defender emphasized that the analysis of the actions and public messages of the Azerbaijani authorities proves the existence of an institutional policy of racist fascism.
Evidence-based reports from the Armenian Human Rights Defender confirm that this policy is currently reflected in the actions of illegal Azerbaijani soldiers present near Armenia's border villages and on the roads between Armenian communities.
A comprehensive analysis of over 300 videos depicting torture and inhumane treatment by the Azerbaijani armed forces shows that they are inspired by high-ranking officials of Azerbaijan.
All of this is corroborated by the opening of a park in the capital of Azerbaijan featuring wax figures of slain Armenians and helmets, a so-called "victory trophy" park. It is a park of chained hostages— a museum of human suffering created to promote racism.
All these facts confirm Azerbaijan's genocidal policies against the populations of Artsakh and Armenia.
