Russian MP Sergey Vakarin Runs Over Traffic Police Officer

A city deputy from Tobolsk in the Tyumen region of Russia, Sergey Vakarin, ran over a traffic police officer with his Mercedes and fled the scene, reports Life Shot.

The media outlet notes that the deputy was pulled over the previous night while driving under the influence. The traffic police officers checked his documents, after which Vakarin initially snatched the officer's phone, acted aggressively, and then sharply got back into his car, running over the inspector.

The officer managed to escape with bruises and scratches.
